Technical session at EWEC

At a technical session of the world's most important wind energy event, the European Wind Energy Association(EWEA)'s annual convention held at Marseille, France during March16 and 19, Dr. Matsimiya of National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science & Technology (AIST) in Tsukuba city, Japan, addressed his paper on the Airdolphin small wind turbine (SWT)'s excellent dynamic wind energy capturabilities with its tests results which were conducted at an off-shore natural gas rig in Japan. Positive questions as well as supportive opinions on the validity of his analyses on the dynamic energy capturabilities were posed.
